We are having the most modern plant to manufacture yarn fully automated
Blow room line with computerized controls for uniformity of fiber from the world leaders Trutzschler Germany.
same make we have TC 03 carding with fully loaded features for OE manufacturing and has most modern auto leveling system which controls the fibers and automatically levels it at 5 places, and has thick spot monitoring system with neps control and also classimat analysis.
Again from Trutzschler Germany, we have most modern TD03 draw frame with auto leveling system which controls the sliver for minimum faults. Auto Draft and auto setup systems.
Now this sliver after such preparation is taken to OE machines BT 923 made by RIETER which has many features and its automatic piecing system delivers very high strength at joints, and has EYC also it has auto fault detection system.
Now with this controls and caring the material is transferred to packing department with “untouched by hands system”. Here it is carefully inspected by quality control department, and only on their approval material is packed for Dispatch.
We have very modern computerized Humidification, auto controls for electricity and auto waste evacuation plant.
For low fault level we have 500 KVA of UPS systems to ensure 0 faults at OE and 100% alternate power supply of 720 KVA DG sets with environmental friendly sound proof enclosure.
